This extremely well preserved 1970’s time capsule home is centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley. Just 30 minutes or less from every ski resort, the best trails, downtown Salt Lake City, Provo, and more! This generational family home has 3 large yard areas, a basketball hoop and more for groups that enjoy spending time outdoors. The vintage interior and furniture can make for a fun and unique photo shoot to keep for your memories. Enjoy our smart TVs with streaming services in each bedroom or browse the VHS collection if you're feeling nostalgic. Google fiber internet recently installed.

There are 2 bedrooms up stairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs all with queen beds, as well as a queen of pull out couch in the basement living room and a single bed in the laundry area. There are 2 living rooms, both have a large TV for family movie night. A full kitchen and dining table are upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs with a bathtub/shower, and a full bath downstairs with a shower.

Perfect
We had a wedding that was out of town for us and the 1970’s time capsule was perfect. It was right around the corner from the brides house and just down the street from the wedding venue. Plenty of room for us all the sleep, eat and hang out and parking was spacious. The host was very accommodating and answered questions quickly. We would stay here again.
