It's just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, and within walking distance of many downtown attractions.  It's located on corner of the ground floor of the building and there is a small fenced-in private patio with outdoor furniture.  It has granite countertops, hardwood floors, brand new high-end furniture (not particle board!)  The living room has an open-air floor plan and it has a large 55" smart TV that comes ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services.

The condo complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and has a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment, a convenience store, and a coffee shop. It comes with one free assigned parking space and unlimited free parking on the street.  No cats allowed. Dogs require a $99 pet fee.

When staying in a downtown environment, safety is key and we have you covered: We have 24-hour security guards that roam the premises, which is fully-gated.  We own several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you.  All linens and towels are included.
