Very clean and friendly. We were stuck in Salt Lake for 3 nights due to the IT outage that impacted airlines. I was able to secure a room and jump on the hotel shuttle within 15 minutes of booking. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is great.

Clean the hot tub clean the pool area
Hello, only complaint...the hot tub was green with bubbles in it. That means the chlorine is low and it needs to be scrubbed. Irt was also half full. Contributing to more algae growing. I love your hotel. Maybe your pool guy needs to be replaced for someone who cares? With this heat it should be checked every few days. I was going to go swimming in the AM but the whole pool deck was a disaster. Send housekeeping out earlier maybe?
