Overall great hotel
The hotel overall was great. They let us check in early, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The ac in our room did not seem to be working properly, we had it on the lowest setting and it was still warm in the room. The pool area was lacking some. The hot tub was almost the same temperature as the regular pool and there was no jets to it. The overhead sprinklers for the kids area were just kinda dribbling out some water, not spraying water like they should. Even with those small issues, I would stay here again.

It was a fine hotel. Everything was great except they didn’t tell me about a parking permit and put a note on my truck that my truck could be towed, but by then I was already checked out.

They did amazing, always clean and well kept. we had a set of special circumstances that happened during our stay and the staff and management went above and beyond to take care of these issues and made our lives easier. Tony (I think was his name) the General manager did an outstanding job accommodating our issues! You have a great staff here!

Carpet was dirty in between desk and wall, bed bug residue on ceiling from maybe what looked like a previous infestation. Bugs/ants on folded bedding. Fun hotel but not the cleaniest.

The workers were welcoming the room was very accommodating clean and smelled ok. The resort water park was really great clean and really fun for kids. The breakfast in the morning topped it off for me as there were a wide variety to choose from and Taste really great

The ac did not cool the room very much. It was turned down to 60 and we were sweating. We booked a room with a couch and when we got there they didn’t have one. My granddaughter had to sleep on the floor. You should get what you paid for and booked.

Nice place and the pool was great. It is really busy because it is shared by a neighboring hotel. Still worth it and my kids didn’t seem to mind waiting a few minutes to ride the slide. The room felt dirtier then expected from a newer hotel.
