Front desk service is very arrogant, and not friendly! One of our rooms forcet is broken and had to changed another room. The front desk person would not give us two room keys for two people on the first day. The second day both rooms keys for two rooms could not work.

This hotel was clean, but not fancy. It served our purpose as well. It was near the airport, but was in a very safe area. The beds were comfortable, I felt the pillows were a little hard but acceptable.

It was close to the airport and the freeway. They have a shuttle for the airport that takes you there and brings you back. I really appreciated the customer service, especially from Alex, April and the shuttle driver 😃👍
