A warm welcome when entering the hotel. I am a returning guest traveling with a family member. The staff are accommodating to your needs, they provide a complimentary breakfast daily. waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, and O.J. and etc. Housekeeping on request. They will be remodeling the entire hotel starting in December. comfy beds, big window with a screen door you can open was a big plus.

Breakfast was excellent. They had a variety of food choices every morning. Dining staff was great Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and smelled great when we arrived. The maid service was lacking. We stayed for 11 days and had maid service only twice.

The room was okay-ish..The tv remote didnt work so it was stuck on MTV and the front desk doesnt answer the phone when you call them from ypur room. The wall paper was peeling in quite a few places, the carpet in the hallways reaked of vomit. The beds were older spring beds by not the worst. No bugs so that was a plus. The free breakfast wqsnt bad either. It wasnt the worst stay but it also wasnt great.

The room was so dirty and smelled aweful. I ended up buying febreeze just so i could handle the smell. The bathroom door(pocket door) didnt close completely, and the toilet wasnt secured and shifted when sat on. I will never go back.

When we first checked in, we walked back to our room and it smelt horrible. Then we enter the room and we pulled back the sheets, and there were stains on the sheets that looked and felt like they’ve never been washed. The bathroom wasn’t clean and there were hairs and fuzz still left in the bed. Additionally, the AC let out a high-pitched noise when it began it cycle. The smell of the room smelled like smoke upon entrance. Overall, this was horrible and we ended up leaving to go find another hotel within an hour of being there.

There was a guy hanging around first in the front later in the back. Was creepy. We've stayed here several times. Security outside has been improved so I was surprized to see this man hanging around like that.

Only problems were I almost slipped in the shower. It needed a mat. Also I received a cut on my leg while getting in bed. The bed frame had a piece of metal sticking out.

The hallway on the 2nd floor has an odor of baby's barf as you walk to the room. In addition, off the beaten path, staff does try harder to be helpful and accommodating. You must request for housekeeping be specific replace bedsheets and vacuum the rug inside. Moreover, NO BATHTUBS AT THIS HOTEL! just a very hot shower with various dial on the shower head. water comes out VERY HOT and powerful water pressure, when showering. "I LOVED IT" also, most hotels in these area does provide the guests with a complimentary breakfast. Keep on Traveling! C.K.

Let’s just say the room looked like it hadn’t had any maintenance in quite a while. The room itself felt dirty, the mat inside the bathroom had mold growing underneath of it, and on the surface. There were marks on the sheets, and the towels looked very dingy.
