Had blood stains on the sheet that covers the mattress, found hair from another race in my sheets, earwig on the counter. Located in an area with a lot of homeless people walking around. Water in tub never got above warm. Their ratings are fabricated.

Arrived and waited 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to return from wherever he went. He had a very thick East Indians accent which made communication difficult. The only real good thing about the hotel is the Bar & Grille good food and quality drinks.

This place is disgusting. Smells so bad inside and outside. Sticky floors, smells, hair and trash in the floor (assuming they don’t clean the place ever), on and on. Don’t stay here

Room and hotel is very dirty and smells of mildew and mold. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. There was a chicken tender in the hallway that was there for two days. They do not clean daily. Pool was dirty and unusable. My room did not lock- maintenance had to come and macguyer the lock. Employees would smoke by the back entrance and the ground was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts. I was woken up by housekeeping trying to enter my room. Thirty minutes later, they tried to enter again and asked me what time I’m leaving. This is the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. I tried to get out of staying here within 15 minutes of arriving, but was unsuccessful due to cancellation policy. This is the first review I’ve ever written because I am so disgusted. There is an Indian restaurant on site that I wanted to try as I love Indian food, but decided against it because I could not trust the cleanliness of the kitchen as it is owned by the hotel also.
