Harbourside is an impressive and substantial stone built 16th Century property located on the harbour side with the beach on your door step. Beautifully furnished throughout the accommodation is very spacious, to the ground floor is a large dining room with exposed wooden beams, large kitchen with contemporary units and integrated appliances including dishwasher and washing machine..To the first floor the large lounge has four windows with sea views and exposed wood beams, a good sized double bedroom and cloaks/w.c. To the second floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) one has an en suite shower room/w.c., house shower room/w.c. with large walk in shower cubicle, The third floor has an attic room with 6 single beds (accessed from an original steep staircase that is not suitable for young children or elderly) and a bathroom with bath. Staithes is a lovely coastal village with independent local cafes and pubs. Located on the ‘Cleveland Way' coastal walking path, and in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the house has easy access to some of the finest walks in North Yorkshire, Parking is available a few minutes away at the local car park up the hill. You can park outside the house to drop off luggage only.
