Immerse yourself in this tranquil, rural setting of Saluda at this lakefront home, beautifully situated in the southwestern reaches of Lake Murray. On this large, wooded lot at the end of a quiet road, you'll find privacy, comfort, and stunning views of the lake and the surrounding trees.

Wake up to breathtaking morning mists over the lake and step outside to savor a cup of coffee on the back patio or the private dock. It's easy to get out on the water as well, with two kayaks (with paddles), a paddle boat, a rowboat, and life jackets provided for your use.

Step inside this manufactured home to discover a spacious, modern, and inviting interior. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the large kitchen, with its granite island and stainless steel appliances, with the cozy living room and dining area. Peruse the lending library and enjoy a good read during your stay. Central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and four bedrooms - including a primary suite separated from the other bedrooms on its own side of the house - add to your indoor comfort.

Outside, the expansive, fenced backyard provides a safe and fun space for kids and dogs to play, complete with a playset and direct access to the dock. As the sun sets, gather around the custom-built, industrial-style firepit with eight Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings spent stargazing or roasting marshmallows.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
