Carece um pouco mais de cuidado !

Local simples , mas bom ! Porém , já cheguei na recepção não constava as duas resevaas que havia feito . Descobrimos na hora que estávamos em hotéis separados . Mas conseguiram nos mandar para outro hotel da msm rede que é o vila miolo . Enfim , achei bastante desorganizado , e limpeza também não foi boa !

Não limparam o quarto no último dia, as toalhas no primeiro dia era uma toalha branca padrão do quarto luxo, a partir do segundo dia uma toalha simples, piscina suja por cair algo das árvores, enfim, não foi legal.

Um desastre

Chegamos no hotel a não houve preenchimento de ficha ou pedido de identificação, cheguei no quarto só tinha 2 camas, tive que trocar, jogaram no quarto com banheiro com problema no sanitário, banheiro não foi lavado no tempo que ficamos hospedados, camas de alvenaria, colchão ruim, as fotos que estão no site nao corresponde ao quarto que ficamos apt 330, pode pedir para comprovar, infelizmente um decepção

Bem localizado, mas em rua sem asfalto, com muito lixo no entorno. Hotel limpo, tem restaurante terceirizado, café muito bom. Mas, equipe desorganizada, sem gerência. Perdem chave, camareira esquece de deixar toalha, as cobertas e lençóis são de solteiro, mas a cama é king, estava em obras, pedreiros, pintores vão embora a tarde e não limpam a bagunça, etc… Mas o custo benefício é razoável.

Só não foi perfeito porque o tanque vazou e ficaram algumas goteiras no corredor, que ficou com água empoçada o tempo inteiro. Poderia provocar alguma queda ou acidente. Mas entendi que foi uma intercorrência. Amei minha estadia
