No geral, tudo bem: alimentaĆ§Ć£o, recepĆ§Ć£o, limpeza, qualidade do quarto [no. 4], banheiro/chuveiro, Ć”reas de estar e lazer, piscina, restaurante, atenĆ§Ć£o da equipe de atendentes. No especĆ­fico: ao longo de uma tarde inteira, 05 hĆ³spedes [conhecidos do proprietĆ”rio da pousada] ocuparam a piscina e seu deck, com conversa em tom muito alto, muita cerveja, muitos palavrƵes, som cativo do grupo [que se sobrepĆ“s atĆ© ao som ambiente da prĆ³pria pousada...], muito "debate polĆ­tico" dentro da piscina. Ou seja, esse grupo transformou a Ć”rea de lazer da pousada - sem qq intervenĆ§Ć£o da AdministraĆ§Ć£o da casa - no quintal de uma casa particular, ignorando e em detrimento dos demais muitos hĆ³spedes presentes, que ficaram apenas constrangidos em ter que assistir a essa presepada, sem nada poder fazer. Uma falha muito grave, no Brasil ou em qq lugar do Planeta para um estabelecimento desse tipo e qualidade.

Sugiro orientar os hospedes a nĆ£o "reservar"as cadeiras da piscina e praia com algumas roupas e impedir o uso por pessoas presentes. Percebi que as cadeiras ficam vazias toda a manha e comeƧam a ser ocupadas bem mais tarde por aqueles que colocaram algum pertence marcando o espaƧo e chegando bem mais tarde. Outro ponto Ć© aspecto de seguranƧa nos finais de semana quando pessoas da praia se utilizam dos serviƧos da pousada inclusive piscina e banheiros, sem qualquer controle ou supervisĆ£o. Tal fato aumenta o desconforto na Ć”rea e piora a qualidade do atendimento.
