Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

HOTEL DOS HORRORES
Comprei 4 diárias para mim e uma amiga, nesse hotel. QUE DESILUSÃO e vergonha por minha amiga ter confiado na minha escolha. Começado pelo banheiro: para conseguir tomar banho tive que pedir para desentupir o ralo, caso contrario enchia de água o box; pia ficava com a torneira pingando; papel higiênico, pior impossível e a limpeza DOS CANTOS não teve e não tinha; cama, 1 solteiro ok, a de casal o box enorme e o colchão casal normal, não parava o colchão na cama box 😭😭 travesseiros, pior impossível sem contar sujo, muito sujo, assim como as toalhas de banho pior que qualquer esfregão de chão, de rosto não tinha, essas mesmas toalhas, nunca deixavam no quarto, por 2 vezes tivemos que pegar na recepção; quarto também...SUJO, assim como as poltronas e sofás da recepção. Pensam que para por aí? QUE NADA cada vez que sai do hotel, precisava deixar o cartão e quando se voltava, uma demora para devolvê-lo, pois sempre poucos funcionários na recepção; elevador...muito demorado; café 🤔🤔 razoável, porém parecia que colocavam frutas, bolos, frios...atirado nos pratos, de qualquer jeito 😔😔 Viajo, muitas vezes quando sozinha,paro em Hostel, porém, nunca...nunca num lugar tão ruim, num hotel então NUNCA...NUNCA TÃO RUIM. Inclusive no terceiro dia liguei para vocês para contar o horror que é esse lugar que chamam de hotel. HOTEL DOS HORRORES 😭😭😭

Estadia apenas razoável. A localização é excepcional, mas o atendimento e o hotel deixa muito a desejar. Pra quem vai com grandes expectativas, se frustrará. Embora tenha uma excelente localização, e um bom café da manhã, as acomodações estão muito aquém do que é esperado. O chuveiro estava repleto de lodo, além do jato e a função de aquecer estar em horríveis condições. As toalhas eram envelhecidas e com aspecto de que não são renovadas há muito tempo. Os lençóis, também estavam com a aparência de que não são trocados. Além de que, do ponto de vista estético, vê-se que a pintura e a estrutura está bem envelhecida. Com isso, apesar da ótima localidade, não indicaria para alguém que precise ficar por muitos dias, fiquei um único dia e já queria sair correndo.

As fotos no site são muito bonitas, mas a realidade é outra. Infiltração no banheiro, roupa de cama e banho velhas, não oferece shampoo. O atendimento e o café da manhã são muito bons. Foi o que salvou a estada no hotel. A localização é ótimo, mas pelo preço da diária, é preciso oferecer mais conforto.

Pra um hotel 4 estrelas está tudo errado. O hotel falta higienização por onde andamos, sofá da recepção fede, aposentos sem manutenção, cortinas nojentas, paredes sujas, banheiros com vazamentos, falta de cordialidade, café da manhã tem poucas funcionárias fazendo delas um trabalho insano e desumano deixando em risco a higienização do ambiente e louças, internet não funciona, pedi uma manta veio sem embalagem e velha, roupas de cama e toalhas velhas… Não fico nunca mais nessa rede. Fica claro que ali a única preocupação é fazer $. Construindo novos apartamentos com acabamentos de péssima qualidade. O site deveria avaliar os hotéis que trabalham, foi minha primeira e ultima reserva com vocês. Tenho um blog onde dou roteiros e indicações de lugares p hospedagem nesse caso não acontecerá. Foi uma lastima. É isso!

Hotel terrível. Infraestrutura velha, quartos com paredes sujas e mofadas, móveis velhos e quebrados, funcionários não atenciosos, café da manhã com poucas opções e exatamente igual nos 2 dias, estacionamento pago e insuficiente (precisei deixar o carro na rua a noite -momento do check-in-, faixa de zona azul, e só consegui por na garagem após surgir uma vaga às 6h30 do dia seguinte e no momento foi cobrada diária do “dia anterior”, ou seja, exigiram pagamento antecipado de 2 diárias para o acesso à garagem, do anterior e o do efetivo estacionamento), equipe de limpeza não atua (toalhas supostamente limpas com mau cheiro e no serviço de quarto apenas forraram as camas, leia-se não limparam o quarto/ banheiro). Nunca mais retornarei, mesmo tendo compromissos na região.
