Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Estadia sofrível, salvo pelo atendimento das funcionárias do restaurante. O hotel não se encontra como nas fotos. No momento da reserva, pedi um travesseiro extra mas ao chegar no hotel, disseram que não tinha. Os corredores estavam úmidos e sujos, quarto com cheiro de mofo, chuveiros ruins para regular a temperatura da água e o ralo da pia não escoava direito. Disseram que trocariam as toalhas de banho a cada 2 dias e em uma semana de chuva, ainda assim precisei pedir para que trocassem. Não repuseram papel higiênico e não entregaram em mãos quando pedimos à camareira. O cartão-chave da porta do quarto deu problema todos os dias e em um deles, todos os hóspedes precisaram ser acompanhados por funcionários da recepção para abertura dos quartos. Um dos elevadores não funcionou durante toda a semana, o outro ficou em manutenção um dia todo e o que funcionava estava com o painel cheio de fitas adesivas. Como eu disse no começo, as funcionárias do restaurante salvaram a estada porque se esforçaram o tempo todo para manter a limpeza e organização do restaurante pequeno. A qualidade do café da manhã é boa.

Estadia trágica
O hotel caiu muito de qualidade. Um dos itens que me incomodaram foi a falta de toalha no quarto, outra coisa foi o mau cheiro no banheiro, parece que as meninas da limpeza usaram pano sujo para limpar o banheiro. Outro ponto foi a recepção ter apenas um rapaz para atender o hotel lotado, o funcionário atendeu da melhor maneira possível.

É razoável, um pouco distante de atrativos de Salvador, é proximo a praia e ao agito de Rio Vermelho. A infraestrutura do hotel é basica e precisa de manutenção/ reforma - pinturas. Mas bom custo benefício!

Péssimos dias de hospedagem.
Nao gostei, a cama de "casal" eram duas de solteiro e terriveis. Muita sugeira, cheiro de mofo, adoeci quando voltei de la. Moveis velhos. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade, nem o leite era gostoso. Espero nao retornar.
