Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

A estadia foi pessima nĆ£o recomendo para ninguĆ©m ,esse hotel precisa de uma reforma , sĆ³ para abrir a porta eu subi e desci 2 vezes que o cartĆ£o para abrir nunca pegava , e toda vez que eu sai do hotel e quando voltava o cartĆ£o nĆ£o pegava aĆ­ cansado tinha que ir de novo na recepĆ§Ć£o que tinha atendentes que nĆ£o prestava atenĆ§Ć£o aos clientes ! E tem meu quando foi mais menos 7 da manhĆ£ do primeiro dia entraram no meu quarto com os cartĆ£o mestre que abre todos quartos e eu estava dormindo , nunca passei por um constrangimento desse ,aĆ­ acordei com o barulho na porta e corri para a pessoa nĆ£o entrar e quando me viu falou que achava que nĆ£o tinha ninguĆ©m no quarto ! Que coisa horrĆ­vel ! Cheguei a noite , fiz o chekin assinei tudo e ainda invadem minha privacidade dizendo que nĆ£o sabia que tinha hĆ³spede no quarto ! O hotel .com nĆ£o merece estar com um hotel desse para reserva aliĆ”s que todos que forem a Salvador evitem esse hotel ! E as reclamaƧƵes nĆ£o foram sĆ³ minha mas de vĆ”rios hĆ³spedes principalmente por causa dos cartĆ£o da porta que nĆ£o abria! Que o hotel.com tome as devidas providĆŖncias! Pois nĆ£o fui de graƧa para ter um tratamento desse

O hotel precisa de ampla reforma, por ser muito antigo, porĆ©m essa obsolescĆŖncia Ć© passĆ­vel de superaĆ§Ć£o se fosse um hotel cujos funcionĆ”rios fossem melhor qualificados. Na manhĆ£ seguinte ao meu check in, fui acordada antes das 8h por barulho de martelo incessante da manutenĆ§Ć£o em algum apartamento. Continuei tentando dormir sem sucesso, pois a camareira do andar insiste em gritar umas mĆŗsicas com o som no celular, algo absurdo e inaceitĆ”vel. Fico me perguntando se existe alguma gestĆ£o nesse hotel. A mesma comporta-se como se estivesse lavando o quintal de sua casa. NĆ£o pensei duas vezes e me retirei sem renovar a minha estadia. LamentĆ”vel esse pĆ©ssimo padrĆ£o de "hospitalidade" numa cidade que se afirma como receptiva ao turismo.
