Very good Apart-Hotel near the beach
Excellent location, in the heart of Barra, very close to the beach. Located in a quiet street, not too much traffic noise. We stayed the week before Carnaval, and street party noise was acceptable. The building is very secure, 24hr security. Manager is very helpful. Rooms are clean, Air Conditioning is excellent. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave which are useful. There is limited housekeeping, but we asked to change the towels and basic cleaning was no problem. We had a wonderful stay in Salvador, the streets maybe chaotic in Barra in pre Carnaval madness, but this hotel was an oasis.

O apartamento fica bem localizado, numa Ć”rea silenciosa. O espaƧo Ć© bom, incluindo tambĆ©m uma varanda. Acho que o residencial poderia oferecer cafĆ© da manhĆ£ por um preƧo Ć  parte, jĆ” que hĆ” salĆ£o com mesas disponĆ­vel no prĆ©dio, ajudando os hĆ³spedes que nĆ£o querem sair para tomar cafĆ© nas padarias locais, que sĆ£o ruins e muito caras.

IncrĆ­vel! O Sidney e o Rui foram muito receptivos, fizeram muito alĆ©m do trabalho deles. O nosso flat foi limpo todos os dias! A piscina uma delicia e o shopping Ć© quase vizinho! Escolhemos o residencial pela localizaĆ§Ć£o, garagem e sala separada do quarto para atender um casal com adolescente. Ocorre que a sala do apto era extremamente quente sendo impossĆ­vel utilizar atĆ© para assistir a tv. Tivemos que levar o colchĆ£o do sofĆ” para o quarto com Ćŗnico ar condicionado e dividir o espaƧo com meu filho. O piso do apto tinha poeira na sala e cozinha. Saimos para passear na manhĆ£ do primeiro dia e no retorno Ć s 16h o quarto nĆ£o havia sido arrumado e limpo. A recepĆ§Ć£o funciona muito bem e fomos atendidos nas solicitaƧƵes de limpeza e troca de chuveiro elĆ©trico que sĆ³ funcionava no modo quente. Wi fi funciona bem. O melhor de tudo Ć© a localizaĆ§Ć£o numa rua tranquila e muito prĆ³ximo do agito da Barra e do Farol.
