First floor with double bedroom with air conditioning, hallway and bathroom with shower. Large terrace with panoramic views.
PARKING SPACE AND SECURITY: a guaranteed parking space for each villa (entrance and exit with automatic gates by car with remote control). Any second car can be parked, in the immediate vicinity, in a partner parking lot. Pedestrian access with secret code (reserved exclusively for guests).
Mosquito nets on all windows. 32-inch TV, satellite TV-SAT. Upon request, you can have the 5th bed. The house has a courtyard in front, connected directly to the porch, where there is an ideal outdoor shower for when returning from the beach. Free or equipped beach (choice). Seabed (sandy) and shallow for long stretches.
* The bedroom can become the only room with the living room by keeping the divider that divides the two rooms open.
