The room is nice and clean , all the staffs i met were super friendly, from check in, check out and during breakfast. Their breakfast was great too. Not far walking from the old town, plenty things to do and eat nearby. Super recommended for tourists coming Salzburg.

Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently-located.
Hotel is walking distance from most main attractions - the fortress, old town, train station. We walked to the train station with our luggage, took about 12minutes, ok if you don't have too much luggage. Hotel is very eco-friendly, which is great, we enjoyed getting drinks from the bar downstairs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, slightly on the smaller side (we booked a superior room), but I think this is common for European hotels. We chose this hotel because it is one of the few that is air-conditioned, which worked well during our stay. The only complaint we have is that the housekeeping does not knock or call out before they enter. They barged in our door both mornings - first time to replace bottled water and the morning we were checking out. They really need to make sure it is ok to enter before barging in.

Property up to a standard of NH Collection hotels. Clean and cozy. We got rooms on 1st floor which were newly renovated. Modern and comfortable but no view and quite noisy when people walked pass.

Just what we wanted
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Just on the edge of all the activity, so it was quiet enough while only 2mins from Linzergasse, and easy access into old town. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Hooray! Hypoallergenic bed linens come standard.
I liked the cute half crescent window, and liked that our room was on the top floor. Bed was comfortable, and this hotel offers all hypoallergenic bed linens, which is great for those of us allergic to down and feathers. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Mirabell Palace and about a 20 minute walk from the main old town pedestrian area. Good service at the bar and front desk. Nice toiletries (green tea scented). Hotel was fairly quiet. The hotel was unfortunately unable to offer laundry service during our stay, and on one day the housekeeping never came to clean our room. We also had problems adjusting the temperature in the room (couldn't get it to cool on an unseasonably warm day). Otherwise, this was a great stay.

NH Salzburg is so conveniently located to everything. Hotel is clean. Staff are very kind, gracious & helpful. Breakfast Buffet is top notch. I highly, highly recommend this Hotel. We will surely be back.

Perfectly situated and wonderfully decorated. Would highly recommend. Only slight negative was the bed which was a tad hard-of course, this is a personal opinion. Regardless, I would absolutely recommend because of how walkable it is to everything!
