Nice apartment on an idyllic old farm

This very comfortably furnished apartment is located in Eggersdorf, on an idyllic old farm, in a secluded location and is lovingly renovated. Here at this unique place, completely secluded from the world, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. A place that touches our hearts and senses. A place where everyday life stays outside and where we feel: Yes. This is life. Welcome to the Floßmann Hof. Nestled in the hills of Lower Bavaria, the raft man yard for individual relaxation. The reservoir Ilztal is within walking distance. Despite the very quiet location, the farm is close to town - Passau is only a few kilometers. For relaxation, our rustic wood sauna, which can be used for a fee. With the fully equipped kitchen and the numerous regional and organic shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, they are well supplied and get a sense of country life.


You reach the courtyard parking lot via an outside staircase through the separate entrance to your holiday home. The tasteful decor with lots of wood, immediately arouse holiday feelings. They arrive and find peace and relaxation. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. In about 500 meters away, the Ilzstausee is a very nice swimming. The unique location of Passau on the three rivers Danube, Inn and Ilz is very popular with hikers and cyclists alike. Many hiking and river bike trails start, end or cross here. The city of Passau offers a special flair with its many sights and the baroque old town. Excursion destinations are: Halser Ruine, Veste Oberhaus, Dom with Domorgel, Three Rivers, Danube Navigation, Bavarian Forest National Park, Pullman-City, Linz, Bohemian Forest Czech Republic.

Zwischenstopp in Ferienwohnung
Hübsche Ferienwohnung in einem Bauernhof. In dem kleinen Ortsteil gibt es nicht viel mehr. Das sollte man vielleicht wissen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Zum großartigen Kochen fehlen eventuell ein paar Utensilien. Leider kann man nicht unbedingt auf den Bauernhof, aber die Katzen kommen immer mal zu Besuch. Das war besonders für unsere Kinder sehr schön. Die Vermieterin wohnt gegenüber und war sehr freundlich.

Geräumige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf einem sympathischen Bauernhof. Die Lage ist ruhig, super zum Wandern am Fluss und für Ausflüge nach Passau. Man braucht ein Auto.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in toller Lage
Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Floßmann ist supernett und auch der Hofhund und die Katzen sind sehr kontaktfreudig. Eggersdorf ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus sind Passau, der Bayrische Wald und das schöne Ilztal sehr gut zu erreichen. Gerne hoffentlich bald wieder :-)

super schöne und saubere Wohnung
Wir haben uns sofort in de rliebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt. Der Hof liegt sehr schön und es ist wirklich alles genauso wie auf den Bildern. Mit der Vermieterin ist es unkompliziert und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns auf dem Floßmannhof sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Floßmann ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war für uns (2 Personen) genau richtig. Information für den ein oder anderen: Die Betten sind 1,40 m und es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank.

Moderne Ferienwohnung am tollen Hof mit Sauna
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig, modern und sauber. In der Nähe waren genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und wirklich schön. Wir durften den Grill und die Feuerstelle benutzen und es gab ein super Saunahaus etwas außerhalb des Hofes. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr entspannt
Wer Ruhe sucht ist richtig hier. Passau liegt aber vor der Tür und die Ilz direkt unterhalb. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst entspannt und doch immer zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Zum Weihnachtsabend gab es einen kleinen Umtrunk. Es fehlt etwas an Ausstattung aber das kann ja noch kommen. Die Bienenhaussauna ist ein Abenteuer und sehr wohltuend. Wir werden uns dort bei Gelegenheit wieder einfinden.
