Nous avons eu nos vacances avec toute la familie de 12 personnes chez maison Sampzon. Nous avons eu un tres bon temps. La maison avec la piscine et aussi la place pour jouer jeu de boules etaient merveilleux. Pour toute la familie c'etaient une tres bonne vacances.

Bien placée, très bien aménagée et avec goût. La semaine nous a laissé profiter de moments de calme et de repos parfaitement attendues ! Piscine agréable avec le temps, malgré quelques moments venteux. Seul Hic ! Les moustiques en cette fin de saison Super accueil ! Propriétaire toujours disponible par téléphone et services disponibles sur place Cadeau d’arrivée très apprécié après la route sous la chaleur :) Bref une très belle semaine - vivement recommandé !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée ! La piscine chauffée est parfaitement adaptée aux enfants en bas âge car sécurisée et peu profonde. Nous avons appréciée la terrasse ombragée. L’emplacement de la maison est idéale, nous avons pu découvrir de belles richesses ardéchoises.

We have spend 2 weeks with our 2 family’s with a bunch of children and it was perfect. The house stayed nice and cool during the warmth and the swimmingpool was ideal for us and our children (age 0-8) the surroundings are beautiful.

Merci encore à toute la famille Beaugeard pour votre accueil si convivial, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis en vacances, les boissons fraîches dans le frigo dans le frigo étaient les bienvenues. Merci! La maison, en recul de la route est très calme, spacieuse, nickel, il ne manque rien, pour le plaisir des petits comme des grands..Il y a même 2 TV , des livres tous âges, des puzzles des jeux ,en cas de mauvais temps! La piscine est grande, bien sécurisée. Le terrain est assez vaste pour la pétanque. Je voudrais rajouter que la cuisine est super bien équipée..lave-vaisselle, grand frigo + 1 dans la buanderie.. j'ai beau chercher, je suis désolée, je ne vois vraiment pas ce qu'il pourrait manquer???? nous avons passé un super séjour, grâce à vous et à votre maison, mille mercis.

Quel plaisir d'avoir passé 3 jours à Sampzon. Venez ici les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien être et la location s'en ressens. Nous étions comme à la maison, la location très bien équipée et très propre. C'est un véritable havre de paix au calme avec comme bruit de fond le chant des petits oiseaux. Idéale en famille avec des enfants, tout s'y prête. La piscine est très propre c'est un oui pour revenir dès que possible et plus longtemps. Nous recommandons cette villa très agréable. Au plaisir.

Nous sommes très honorés d’avoir été les premiers locataires de cette très belle maison ! Accueil hyper sympa de Michael et Kristell qui ont rénové cette maison avec beaucoup de goût. Cette dernière est parfaitement équipée pour recevoir 2 familles (nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants) : taille des chambres, du mobilier, des tables intérieure et extérieure, la buanderie... et surtout, la piscine (10x6) ! Que du bonheur ! De plus, l’emplacement est assez central, nous avons facilement navigué entre Vallon Pont d’Arc, Ruoms, Balazuc, Les Vans... A refaire ! On vous souhaite plein de réussite pour la suite !
