Customer service is bad. Staff complained about a towel that was stained with hair dye. Buy a new one. Paid almost $400 for 2 nights and complaining about a towel? It cost $5. Place was ok but wouldn’t stay their again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, property is close to the airport and restaurants. Staff is so friendly Sandy works at the front desk she was so helpful and every time we have a question or we need something she was willing to help us.

Property is updated and really close to the beach. All areas are walkable. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants around this hotel. The breakfast is included and very good.

Staff at the restaurant were great. Reception staff were terrible. Some random person entered our room while we were in bed on the first night. We told the reception and they did not seem to care. The day we left we confirmed the taxi for pur bags to the airport 4 times. The morning we had to leave the reception had no idea we were leaving or anything about a taxi. Terrible.
