Situated on nearly an acre along Cibolo Creek; this recently remodeled 2 bedroom (King & Queen beds) / 1 bathroom (vanity and toilet in one area, another vanity w/ shower and separate clawfoot tub in second area off primary bedroom).

So cute
This place absolutely lives up to the listing. They’ve done a beautiful job with the house, I loved every piece. The hosts have great attention to detail. The bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, the furniture and decor was so cute. Upcycled elegance vibes everywhere. The kitchen was not extensively stocked, but was intelligently stocked. All essentials and several nice additional items were provided. The place was clean, comfortable, with easy and clear check in and check out instructions. I appreciated how easy checkout was, this is not one of those properties and require you to do half the cleaning before you leave. No real problems, the only thing I’d say is that it would be nice to have more kitchen towels, our stay was like 9 days and there was only 1. Washcloths for the kitchen would also be nice. 10 stars, if you have the opportunity to stay, take it!

Beene a Lovely Hill Country Stay
A beautiful home with lots of property. The kitchen was amazing place for cooking in the evening. It was 1/3 a mile to downtown Boerne making it an easy walk. It was well situated to making a run to Sisterdale, Comfort and Fredericksburg. The host were fantastic!!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was in a great neighborhood...central to where we were visiting...and the interior was gorgeous. Not a detail in decorating was missed! The pictures are accurate...but can't do the actual home justice. Very comfortable...if we come back to town this will certainly be our first choice.

This was our second time staying here. Overall it's a nice place to stay. The only thing I would want to change is that there is a bright security light that lights up the bedroom through the blinds. Some blackout curtains would be a great addition.

Terrible Road Noice
Property was just as described. This property was clean and very welcoming. This property is located on a corner and it did not allow sleeping past 7am due to loud road noise! Also after booking you are forced to buy an additional $59 insurance policy! I understand the reasoning behind the policy , however that could be avoided at booking by signing a separate legal document that states if you break you pay! I feel charging 65-70 year olds is a rip off!

The house was decorated so cute and was immaculate! The sinks in bathroom area did not drain well and I wouldn't recommend 2 couples to stay here just because of the bathroom configuration. It suites an adult couple with kids perfectly. But other than those two issues it was a great stay. Location was very close to downtown.

This little cottage is a perfect Boerne getaway spot. Beds and linens are so comfy! Great amenities and very clean. I loved the way it was decorated and was just simply perfect for our girls getaway. We will for sure come and stay here again!

18th Anniversary trip
We were astonished at how beautiful the property is. The attention to detail in every aspect of the house exhibits a very thoughtful design. We loved how it was consistent with a home from 1890 with all the convenience from 2024 blended in seamlessly. We loved it so much we booked it for the weekend after Thanksgiving!! We give this property and experience a Five Star Rating!!
