Wonderful place to stay.

Enjoyable Trip Despite the Rain
The covered patio in the back was an unexpected treasure. We were able to enjoy outside even when it rained. Everything was great and the Property Manager was very responsive. We were able to communicate even when I could not get my VRBO app working. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Loved this location. Not far from the airport, easy access to the highways. We got around the area without any issues and made day trips to Austin and Bucee’s/New Braunfels. The beds were super comfortable. Great water pressure. TVs in every room if you want time apart or to do different things. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning when it was warm as well. Highly satisfied with our stay and Marisela was great answering questions and ensuring we had everything we’d need.

We found the property to be clean and well-appointed. Its location was excellent for our needs. It was chosen because it of close to medical facilities but It was also close to many restaurants and within 30 minutes of the Riverwalk. We would consider renting the property again.

Truly a Central Gem

Wonderful home in perfect location!
We loved this home away from home! It has a pretty interior and nice layout. It is spacious with three bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a new very comfortable bed and a two person shower. There is a second full bathroom for the others to use. One of the twin beds was also very comfortable. We found the other two a bit firm but some folks like a firm bed. We did some switching around until we had all found what suited each of us best! My eldest ended up liking the couch the best. We had everything we needed to cook with in the fully stocked kitchen! One thing to be aware of when booking is there is a $59 insurance fee that you have to pay that is not included in the predicted total. I prefer to pay a refundable deposit so that if I don’t damage anything I get that money back. I decided it was worth it to book anyway and so glad I did. You do want to bring your own hairdryer if you need one. Our hostess was so nice and went the extra mile to help with anything we needed-she even shipped toilet paper to our doorstep! We felt like we had made a friend and we truly felt spoiled. The next time we are in San Antonio we will definitely stay there again. :)

Perfect Stay
We enjoyed staying at this residence. It’s in a convenient location with an easy drive to most of the tourist spots. As noted by others, the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager, Marisela, is the best. She gave us an early check in as our flight arrived earlier in the day. She was very responsive to questions, getting back to us in just a few minutes. She also contacted me during our stay to ensure that everything was going well.

Great house!
The house is clean and well stocked. The area is nice and quiet. The yard is large although there is one small area where the back gate doesn't close so you'll have to keep an eye on pets that like to bolt like mine. The renter is amazing to communicate with. I will be renting again.
