When arriving to the Hotel I noticed it's not the caliber if Hotel that i'm use to with Choice Hotels. The key machine to enter rooms were inoperable so desk clerk had to constantly leave front desk to open each guests room. The deposit had to be paid in cash. I'm not sure how they got to be a Choice Hotel. I did not feel safe! I get into the room and dresser draws are broken, room smelt, mold on the lamp shades and broken wall molding. Manager was unwilling to talk to anyone. Called third party site, but no assistance either. Not a good experience!! Don't stay!!!

First hotel ran out of toilet paper, second front desk woman was rude to a family member, thirdly I was left a note to make the bed because there were clothes on the bed, so I took off the clothes and still the housekeeper didn’t put clean linens on the bed, fourth there was hairs on the wall of the showers on our first night, and to top it off I was told to move to another room so that they could clean the room! And not only that the supposed supervisor of housekeeping lied when I confronted him on the accusations, the general manager was not any better, all she did was reiterating the clothes on top of the bed. I will never stay there again!!!!!

I expect better....
What happened??? Not the first time we stay at the Clarion. This time the hotel was DIRTY. The hallways a mess, the breakfast area not kept tidy & the corners of floors of the bathroom had hair & guck in the corners & around the commode. Technical issues made keying the room impossible. We had to be escorted back everyime we left our room to have it unlocked by a staff member w/ a master key. Luckily, EVERY staff member that helped us back to our room was friendly and courteous and VERY APOLOGETIC for the inconvenience. Will we come back?? YES! I know that Clarion can be better than this. Hopefully by our next visit to SA all these issues will be corrected.

Staff was friendly I got to the hotel early and they told me I had to wait until 3 PM but she said she will try to get me there sooner, that never happened but the way she told me and the willingness to help was excellent

Upon arrival employees had to of there kids opening doors for customers due to card machine being broken. Had to be transported to room for front desk to open door every we left out. Mold I. The entire room. Room 414. Hotel has two elevators one was broken so getting up and down was long. Weed smoking and loud music early In the morning. And the worst of it all no hot water to bath at all.

I’m not sure what photographer they used for Expedia but this hotel looks almost nothing like pictured. We had to move rooms 3x. The first room had dirty sheets, the 2nd had Cheetos and pen needles, the 3rd had a huge hairball but what the cleanest overall. Lots of crack heads as well. The staff was super nice.

I want Hotels.com to contact me. I arrive at 8:30 am. The website in hotels .com said that the check in time was from 3:00 pm - 11:00 am. Please review what is on your website. I booked 2 nights. I arrived at 8:30 am and they told me that i could not check in and the room was not available and some one else already taken the room at 3:00 am. I arrived with my wife and a 3 monht baby after driving several hours and had to leave. They did not give me a solution and the treatment was rude. They told me instead of offering me a solution that they will charge me the full day. Please refund my money. I have been a cudtomer for years and this is an abuse and mistake from hotels.com for prividing this information on the website. Please confirm the refund.

Really depends on what you are ok with
No carts to bring your bags up to your room, walls were super thin and you could hear everything going on at the pool. Walls look like they never get clean, and despite being a smoke free hotel the room next to us was smoking cigarettes and I could smell it in my room. Plus I was told that it would take 30 days to get my deposit back and because it was on my card if I wanted to book another night I would have to pay the deposit again which seems a little ridiculous. Breakfast was ok, just basic and you couldn't get it yourself, you had to tell them what you wanted and the got it for you. We overslept and got to breakfast 5 minutes before it ended but they still served us and didn't give us any attitude about being late. And when we were walking back to our room with our food more people had shown up and they were still serving them. So that was a positive. The employees were all really nice and friendly just the hotel was dirty. Room was ice cold and water was hot. If you are kinda like me and you just need a place to rest and you won't be bothered by dirty walls or noise then this hotel will work. But if you are expecting it to be a 5 star hotel then I wouldn't stay here. The price is good for people on a budget and didn't see any bugs so that is already a step above the average hotel in this price category.
