The hotel was clean from what we can first see but we actually found old food in our fridge and then pepper spray!! I have 2 under 5 so this trip could have ended on a really bad note.

Rooms were good..only issue we had was the kids were not able to get in pool as it was overfilled with chlorine..walls of jacuzzi and pool were visibly moldy. The pool is an indoor pool but the actual space was very hot and smelled as the vents were not on. Aside from that the whole experience was great. Just need to maintain pool and pool area a lot more. The kids were hoping to enjoy the pool on our five day stay but only went in about 30 min.

I roughed it out because I only slept here only. It was outdated bad and not clean as it should be. Front desk staff not friendly and no communication looked liked there while family was there behind the desk and in sitting space. No closing curtains as all was a see through one that barely closed all the way. Area not knowing was rough around the hotel as in homelessness and or drug abuse close by. Cleaning staff were the only ones that were friendly and asked if i needed anything on my way out in the morning!

Nothing i noticed on arrival to the hotel. Just surrounding area is in shambles seems like the city doesn't care for its infrastructure. For a high tourist attraction they do little to keep it clean.Walmart right next door was convenient as were the other fast food restaurants. It would be nice if TX did more for their residents that stay there year round i couldn't imagine living in SA.
