Pool was disgusting, rotted hot dogs were found in the pool. Pool had not been cleaned in several days. Drain cover was not secured correctly, leading to a possible accident just waiting to happen. Found live spider on pillow. Hotel staff had attitudes when issues were brought to their attention. Starbucks employees were the worst! No customer service at all! WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!!

Will definitely come back on our next trip!
It was a nice hotel with a great pool area for the kids. The bed and pillows were comfy and the hotel was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Also a lot of food and retail stores nearby.

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to SeaWorld, but my husband kept commenting what a nice hotel I'd chosen. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the coffee and bar drinks were great.
