I reserved a standard room 2 months in advance with complimentary breakfast. The hotel contacted us 72 hours before check in to confirm our arrival time which was 2pm, two hours before the 4pm check in. We were given a handicap room. The room smelled like someone had just occupied it a few minutes before we opened the door. The bed linens were soiled with what looked like coffee or cola. The bed had a huge sink hole in the middle that made sleeping impossible for both my husband and myself. We spent the first two nights rolling in and out of the sink hole in the middle of the bed. There were no extra linens, blankets or pillows in the room. The cable went out on the 2nd night. When we went for breakfast we were told we didn’t have the breakfast package. The food at their restaurant grossly overcharged us for incredibly small servings on our plates. $18 for 6 buffalo wings the size of a small persons thumb, just an example. They moved us to a new room on the 3rd day. The refrigerators in both rooms were warm so nothing chilled or got cold. In the 4 days we were here no one cleaned our room or brought us towels or new linens. And lastly we had to pay $10 a day for parking. It’s a regular parking lot that is not secured and completely empty so I don’t see why we were charged for daily parking. Over all this was my worst stay at a Marriott property. For the amount of money we paid I expected better service and accommodations. The hotel is not full so theres no excuses for them.
