Quick stay
Great home for a quick overnight stay in San Antonio. Close to airport, downtown and convenient to highways. Comfortable beds and home. Marek was very accommodating to us and we loved all the things to look at in his home. Definitely the type of place to stay if you are looking for an authentic Texas home experience.

A wonderful stay with green surroundings. The property is beautifully decorated with a lot of antiques. The Host Marek was prompt in his replies and friendly too. Would surely recommend this property for a group of 6 or even more.

Everything you need
Only draw back was no place to let my dogs run outside! Inside was very pet friendly! Had hook up leashes to take dogs out to use restroom. Other than this small inconvenience the place is really neat.

Great experience
The host was very communicative from start to finish. The neighborhood is amazing and the home is lovely. Very eclectic, which I loved because that’s my style. I usually feel slightly uncomfortable no matter where I’m staying when I travel but i didn’t feel that way at all during this trip. Everything felt like care was taken to make sure it was clean. I must give a special shout-out to the floors. Yes, the floors. lol In other short terms I’ve stayed, it’s impossible to walk two minutes barefoot in them without your feet turning black. This did not happen this time. The cleaning crew actually takes the time to mop the floors and it shows. Thank you!! We would definitely stay again!

The house is an older model, but it has all the accommodations needed. They had a small journal where everyone who has stayed can write a little note on why they were staying in San Antonio how many days and what kind of adventures they did. I thought it was awesome loved reading it gave me some ideas on my next stay in San Antonio

Good neighborhood living room area had a ton of windows would had liked curtains for more privacy as well in the kitchen and back door. More of an old country rustic theme. Overall not a bad experience.

Overall this was a good choice for us. My grandson was showing an animal in the stockshow so his family, both sets of grand parents and his aunt who is his ag teacher all stayed together. There were a few snags but those were worked out with home owner.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay at this home for a couple of reasons. The owner is super nice and communicated with me many times. He was always ready to help us with anything that we needed. Secondly, this home is located next to the Sam Houston Military base. We were there to visit our military son and it was only 10 minutes away. Thirdly, we were able to take our dogs there and they were completely comfortable. We kenneled them when we left the home . We walked them several times during the day and late at night. Lastly, this home is in a really nice safe neighborhood. Walking late at night with your dogs felt completely safe. The neighbors and the people in the neighborhood were so friendly. Very nice neighborhood. For these reasons, this was the perfect weekend getaway for us!
