My bathroom tub had human hair in it, the fan was very noisy, My bed was comfortable, My over all experience at the hotel was good, the elevator showed sign of disruption it closed on me, I’m disabled and the doors closed before I could enter on the elevator, several times.The building is showing sign of its age, the interior is very nice, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed my short stay, But there is room for improvement on the Hotels, The equipment for Handicap was none exiting. I would like to see that change to include every one that stays that may have any health challenges. Thank you.

Towels and bedding looked and smelled clean. Friendly efficient staff. Pillows were plentiful and comfortable, which was great because I left mine at home that I use for my neck comfort.
