The front desk was not very friendly. I complained about the kids above my room they kept running all night long. Security went to ask them to stop running but shortly after he left they began to run again. I asked to be relocated but they said they were sold out. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

After hurricane Beryl, with no hotels nearby in Houston, my family and I had to drive 3 hrs away to San Antonio to look for a hotel. Thankfully we came across Hampton Inn. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing, every single one of them. They treated with kindness, respect, and very friendly. Andrea, the morning manager, was exceptional. My nephew is in the Air Force base nearby, so I will definitely be choosing this hotel again for all my future stays. Thank you y’all!

My son and I enjoyed our stay there. We also enjoyed the breakfast. They have a waffle maker that comes out the shape of Texas. That was too cute.
