Some folks shoukd not work in hospitality
Received notice for no contact registration yet never received key. Rude desk clerk at arrival. Next morning, Complained that digital key notice said to contact desk. Same rude clerk said "your hardcopy cancelled the digital key" then, as I still stood there, she returned eyes to her screen without asking if I needed a second key. The second and third morning clerk was helpful, pleasant, and hospitable.

Overall it was an Ok stay, however, housekeeping only did our room once, even though we stayed 4 nights and the room stated they passed by every other day to clean. When they did clean the room it was more a tidyup than an actual clran up, the sofa sleeper was left unfold, the bedding on the floor was also still on the floor and they didn't refill the shower bottles, a sleeping mask was possibly taken with some of the bedding taken thus we lost it. We ran out of toilet paper and had to take our own trash twice and request a change of towels twice as well due to the room being left unattended. The door on the shower kept opening by itlsef and it seemed only one elevator was functioning. I don't think we will be coming back, but they stay was acceptable as I mentioned before.

Overall ok. Room had a funny chemical smell. There wasnt enough food at breakfast and they refused to refill some of the items which was disappointing. Especially the waffles. We waited an hour for a chance to make one single waffle for our family to share and when we finally had a chance, the batter was empty and they would not bring out more.

The room was great clean beds were comfortable and very spacious. The only problem we had was the people upstairs above us who were very very noisy and did not go to bed till midnight. Must’ve had kids romping and jumping around. Other than that, the only thing wrong was only one elevator was working.
