When I first arrived, the woman behind the desk looked at me and decided I needed a disability room - which I don't. I returned to her and requested another room. She placed me in a first floor room and said there were no other rooms available on other floors; it was only about 6:30 pm. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk in the morning and was told someone would bring one to me. It never arrived. When I mentioned it at checkout the man behind the desk said he was too busy... but he never called to let me know. I went to an important meeting with wet hair.

Only thing i liked was the vicinity of this hotel to shopping and dining. Inside the hotel was ok. Needs a new elevator or renovate it. Advise to hotel is not to close to maintain the pool during peak season. Not smart at all !!! The front desk staff needs to be removed or replaced. No greeting at all. Went to check in and the look on the staffs face was like " yeah, what do you want ?". Not even a partial smile on the face.

Solo estuve una noche, llegue a medio dìa a realizar check inn y me informaron que no se podia hasta las 3 PM. Supuestamente habia desayuno incluido, no habia cafe, tampoco pan, etc. Mejor no ofrecer nada, muy malo en dasayuno. Limpieza bien, personal muy agradable.
