Definitely a beautiful room for the price and location. I didn’t give it an excellent because it smelled like sewer in the shower at night time and the way to resolve it was turning in shower letting it run for a bit and smell would go away.

Property has no parking and vallet parking is 50dlls overnight/night… otherwise, the experience was good, breakfast was good and had different options, dining area is big.

Good property, nice views. Next to an abandoned building which was a little creepy, floors were a bit sticky and dirty, but overall the hotel was mostly clean and staff was friendly.

This ended up bring a great location for us to get to the Riverwalk, the cathedral with the light show, and the Trolley tour we had scheduled. The acess to the Riverwalk through the back of the hotel was not conveinent due to construction and closure/boarding up of the building next door. You could still easily access things by traveling around the block on the main roads. Rideshare pick up was easy for us- we didnt want to park a car there because valet was too expensive. The breakfast and ammeneties were great. Overall we would stay here again, especially for the price.

The hotel is nice, rooms are nice and clean. The issue we had was they charged my card then stated it was declined and charged my card again causing a double billing that I am now having to have my bank dispute.
