The bathroom door did not lock. The staff at the reception was rude. The breakfast was real uncomfortable when trying to make a waffle. Why are there not made already? just too slow. no toasters . the toaster they have is also real slow and makes a line. they should have a toaster of 6 slices . more easy and fast. the staff in dining were nice. We had the best time! The room had a bunk bed for our boys, the pool was *so nice*. This hotel backs up to the River Walk and has an easy access point out the front door to the left. The front desk staff was AMAZING.

The breakfast was terrible scrambled eggs were floating sausage links were limp and look like they just came out of a microwave weren't even Brown. Used the shower and it dripped all night. Air conditioner couldn't keep up and slowly lost ground. Refrigerator had no freezer and was not even to 40°
