What I did not like was when I got there to check in they gave the room I reserved and payed for already online weeks ago to someone else and they gave me a smaller room with one queen size bed and a pull out sofa . It’s me my husband and my two kids. Which is fine but I want what I paid for. Which was a suit with two queen size beds. They assign me the room the next day. Other than that the stay was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. I loved making the little waffles. My kids loved it. And the river walk was beautiful. Especially at night. Lights everywhere. And the property was very clean. The properties outside area I did not like much due to the fact there were a lot of homeless people wondering around or sleeping on the floor outside.

It was the perfect 2 week stay. Free breakfast. Not just eggs and coffee, everyday they had something a little different. The self parking is kind of expensive ($25 every time you exit) but it’s right across the street. You can Valet for $40 a day and go in an out as many times as needed for the same $40. Hours day access to the river walk. They have a washer and dryer for only $1.50 each inside the fitness center. This was so convenient considering I was there with my 4 kids for an entire week. Highly recommend this place for families. I got the 2 queen bed with sofa bed option. It also had a small kitchen. Room was spacious.

This was a great place to stay. Friendly staff. We stayed for several days and needed to do laundry. The hotel had laundry machines on site but no change machine and the front desk was unable to provide quarters for us. We had to make a special trip for quarters and laundry detergent. On our last day the kids wanted to swim (pool hours 9am-10p) before our checkout at 11, but they had the pool closed an hour longer (til 10am) due to extended cleaning from the weekend. All of these would have been nice to know a head of time to plan accordingly.

Very awesome property! I would recommend it to anyone. I like the property’s cleaningless. Front desk agent was very helpful! The pool area is great and very relaxing. I will definitely be staying at another Home2Suites whenever I’m on vacation again. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a lot of homeless people in the area sleeping on the sidewalk area.
