Hotel was clean and safe. After a certain time, you could only get into the hotel using the key card and at all times, you can only ise the elevator with your key card. They have valet parking but we opted to park in a garage down the street (so make sure you plan to pay for parking and are aware of the people around these garages). The room was very pretty. My only complaint about the room is the bathroom door doesn’t actually close, its a sliding barn door that has a gap when closed. Lastly, we stayed in the winter and our heater wasn’t working. I told them the night we checked in and they said they would send an engineer but by the morning, our room was 57° even though it was set to 79°. $60 for valet is crazy. TV in room did not work. Beds are too soft and the room was sooooo hot we threw all the covers off. Breakfast was excellent, and overall, the hotel was clean and modern

Very nice updated hotel with excellent staff. However they sell the hotel as a riverwalk property and actually offer premium riverwalk view rooms which there are none. Not happy about paying more for something that isn’t available.

Great spot. Upscale, great bars (2), and pretty central location. Great service too, and chill live music in the main downstairs bar.

Great hotel. But don’t pay for upgrade.
Great hotel. But dont pay for the river view upgrade. The hotel is NOT on the river snd the view is a small little narrow section.
