This was our first time staying at this resort and O must say.. EVERYTHING about our stay was phenomenal!! The 7th floor is definitely the way to go. All inclusive while everything being so convenient. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back!! We loved the spa, happy hour, and nature views were breathtaking. The whole staff was very accommodating and good vibes all around. Thank you guys for everything, looking forward to coming back.

My wife and I have been to La Cantera 3 times over the past 5 years and it just keeps getting more and more expensive to stay here. Very expensive. The resort and accommodations are excellent. The service around the pool areas leaves much to be desired. Several waiters kept telling us that they were understaffed.

For the price, you would expect softer beds. Those beds were harder than the floor.

For the cost I feel like the facility needs to be renovated. Areas of the hotel and our room smelled musty. Wouldn’t recommend for the price point.

The resort, amenities, rooms, etc. are absolutely great! This was our third time here. The only part that wasn’t great was the service by the pool. Except for one sweet lady, the servers that walk around would either forget about you or just ignore you. We ended up walking up to the bar to place any and all orders. Obviously a super bougie complaint and walking up isn’t the end of the world, but when the service was good, the convenience with kids was amazing.

This is our 3rd time and just absolutely love it. The property is gorgeous as are the views. So much to do off property too if needed. Great for families or a couple. Highly recommend
