Birthday weekend at this wonderful resort, great spa, nice bar in lobby. Beautiful decorations for Christmas. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Not a very good experience
The hotel sent an email canceling the reservation as we were flying to the destination without any explanation. Once at the hotel they finally gave us a room. The water in the bathroom was either hot or scalding hot. The hotel had to switch our room the next day. The concierge was completely unhelpul, but the front desk was more helpful.

Have stayed at La Cantera numerous times. Very nice hotel and golfing. Close to a lot of attractions and things to do had a little bit of a rough start, but was corrected when they moved our room to a quieter area. Hotel is under construction.
