Pretty much nothing in our room worked. No hot water, no water pressure, tv was broken and the air conditioner never cooled. It smelled very musty in the room. We felt with it the first night then said something the next day. I should have said something earlier because the gentleman working at night was so helpful and very kind. He switched us rooms with no problem. The second room was tip top!

Shower was terrible. Breakfast was terrible - no choices for vegetarians or vegans. Not even one dish. The only thing I could eat was raisin bran cereal and able to get the last few remaining pieces of an orange.

I wanted to check in early but they didnt even let me pay or check in until 3p.m. I call a day ahead and ask them to add my wife down as a check in person and they didnt do that either. It was kids kicking my door and knocking on it the whole night while we was trying to sleep.
