I had a sink that did not drain properly and required a plumber to come fix the issue. I also found a large grasshopper in my room. Because the issue was not resolved, I was asked to move rooms by staff. Staff were not apologetic for this inconvenience and did not do anything to accommodate such as take off money from the end of my stay, offer me a room upgrade, or give me money to spend at the bar/ on the snack room. I believe this could have been handled better by staff.

The staff were kind and helpful and the location was close to the convention center, but that’s where the wonderfulness ends. The bed was clean, but between the desk chair looking like it was chewed on, the small chair having some odd stains and the bathroom being utterly disgusting (roaches/shower heads white with residue, water taking forever to drain and the towels smelling gross, as well as someone’s lashes left on them), I would highly recommend people weigh their options of whether location or cleanliness is what you’re looking for.

Conveniently close to the Riverwalk and is walkable. Pretty clean overall and breakfast was good! Wish they had a few more options but great for the overall price.
