Holiday Weekend Visit
Great stay at the property. Family enjoyed the pool table and movie room. Lots of space. Host responded quickly to the few questions we had. Visiting son who lives on Lackland so location was good for us.

We Celebrated Our Graduate
We came to San Antonio to celebrate my daughter who graduated from BMT At Lackland AFB!!! This house was spacious and perfect we were able to cook for her as all she wanted to do was chill!!! I would totally stay here again❤️

Our stay was very nice with a couple of exceptions. It would be nice to have extra essentials like cooking supplies, extra garbage bags, also some extra pillows and blankets. Our communication with the property management was great.

Great Family Spot
The house was exactly as displayed on the site. My adult children were there celebrating a BMT celebration and it was minutes away from Lackland AFB. It made for more family time and less traveling time. Host Derick was amazing! He helped with our needs and we'd definitely recommend it for families who are wanting to spend quality time in a great Atmosphere, definitely has minimal kitchen supplies so plan accordingly.

Great house!
This was the perfect spot to stay when visiting with my familys newest airman! Very close to Lackland which enabled us to get more time with him before we said goodbye for another six months. We greatly enjoyed the theater room and the all the ammenties! Fantastic host, who checks in periodically and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend!

Awesome Spot!
The house was beautiful inside just like the listing! The communication with the property owners was great and very responsive! The only thing id recommend is if you know youll need pots and pans to cook for a pretty good soze group to bring one or 2 with you. That was the only thing that was a little lacking but we will definetly be back!! Highly recommend you wont be disappointed!

Great place to stay for a BMT graduation
This property is super close to the base and had all the things we were looking for - a bed for everyone, comfortable conversation space, and a fun feel for our airman. The pool table was fun for everyone and the theatre room was great to unwind at night. The vending machine is super handy with drinks and snacks. It was clean but not in the best shape; for example, the master bathroom door does not close (bring a hair tie). I did contact the property owner a couple of times and they were always quick to respond and pleasant. The kitchen is very bare so don’t plan on cooking (or bring your basic spices). If you have room, I would also suggest bringing your own pillow. All-in-all, this place was great for us and I would recommend it if your priority is being close to the base.

Nice Neighborhood!
We had a nice stay in Lakeland area at The Escape. There are a few suggestions I have that hopefully the Host can fix for future renters. PROS: Great neighborhood, nice open floor plan, Movie Theatre is super cool, pool table, TV’s in every room. CONS: Master mattress needs to be replaced. One side is completely missing coils, water features have things floating in them (mold), host threatens of fines all over the house, lack of and poor pillows, lack of kitchen supplies, no cleaning supplies, too many lights in master bedroom that stay on, master shower door doesn’t close properly, hall bathroom floor was dirty when we got there. OTHER: I wouldn’t recommend for small children. The house is perfect for teenagers plus. Host doesn’t message until less than an hour before check in with info to get into house, which made me nervous if we would be able to get in.

Very nice stay
We came to San Antonio to spend Thanksgiving with our grandson who is in the Air Force and based at Lackland AFB. We wanted something near the base, but also close to restaurants, entertainment, and not too far from the River Walk. This place was perfect for all of those. We were 5 minutes from the base, less than 20 minutes from the River Walk, and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The house was in a nice neighborhood, people seemed very friendly, many were out putting up Christmas decorations. House was clean, nicely decorated, and as advertised. They even had a vending machine in the house for drinks and snacks… and a pool table. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Fun Property in Nice Neighborhood
Overall this property is nice and the theater room is a ton of fun. We liked the location and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I would recommend it for a group of friends getting away on the weekend. I took off a star because we specifically booked this place because it "sleeps 10." In no universe does this place sleep 10. At best, 8 people if they're all couples. It originally said there was a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom (they've since adjusted this). There's a tiny uncomfortable loveseat in the master and a weird uncomfortable sofa in the living room. I will say, the property managers are very prompt to respond and they brought us an air mattress that night. That might still be available with the property so you could get a bed for two more people with that addition. The kitchen is definitely lacking in utensils/tools so if you're planning on cooking maybe bring the things you really need. The pool table isn't level and there isn't chalk available so we worried about scratching it. The doors to the master bathroom don't close so you need to use a hair tie or rubber band to close them. Just some maintenance things to note. But overall, it is very spacious and is bigger than it looks from the outside. The theater room is by far the biggest perk.

Better than expected
BLUF: Great stay. I would consider staying again. Pros: We had a phone number to call with questions and the manager was very responsive. He even provided us with extra towels. It was close to Lackland and was a great place to spend with family. Cons: Hard (for me) to sleep with the accent lights in the bedroom and you cannot stream your phone/laptop to the theater system-but you can to the livingroom tv.

It's a very interesting property... from the outside it's a quiet little cul-de-sac that looks like any other home on the street. Enter the front door and it's a cool little oasis of clean and fun. Everything worked as it should that we are aware of. The movie theater was definitely a nice bonus to chill out. All in all it was a good comfortable experience.

From the movie room to all the lights and details in this house and cleanliness it was a great stay, the property owner was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. We had tickets to sea world and it was very close to be able to run back and forth day to day, it was a nice and safe neighborhood. So many cool things in this house . Would stay here again.

Military friends that was separated for 32+ years due to different paths. Finally we were afforded the time and opportunity to reunite. The house was great fit for the entire group. Some flew, some drive and Noone lefted the house. We enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities. Great property

My Airman loved the movie room!
If you are coming in for Lackland Boot Camp Graduation, this place is awesome!! Pool table n movie room!! Your AIRMAN may just want to chill, and this is the place. Plus, it’s a few minutes to base. Stay here. It’s awesome… but there are no hangars n bathroom door doesn’t close so bring hair ties to close master bedroom door. We enjoyed our stay here!you will too. Plus the host is extremely attentive!!
