I had my dog with me so obviously they put me in a pet room. But I don't believe the sheets were changed or the duvet that goes over the sheets. They just look dirty. And there was dried urine on the side of the toilet on the floor. Honestly I didn't feel like that place was very clean at all

The staff is great! They are doing a renovation and so far it is gorgeous. My room is pretty big and was soooo CLEAN! Dog friendly floors… no carpet! Thank you! The location is super convenient to the freeways.

Horrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The front desk rep (Al) always seemed angry and annoyed before I even asked for assistance. Had to ask for tax-free status 5 times (Government employee on official business), and when I asked for an extra towel he told me “you should have put your towels out in the morning when housekeeping was here, and they would replace the used towels for fresh ones.” I put out the towels the next day and housekeeping took them without replacing them. I asked for towels and he told me they were in the laundry and would be delivered to my room. Four hours later I went to the front desk for an update and he seemed annoyed and gave me towels. Overall hotel is clean and in a safe area, kinda loud since it’s adjacent to the highway and a semi-truck hub. If you’re only looking for an overnight stay and don’t need to interact with the front desk staff, it’s decent for the price.

The hotel was recently remodeled and done so very nicely. It is also family owned and operated which I really liked. The only problem I had with the hotel and it wasn’t even a major problem was I was staying by myself and my room was not cleaned my entire six nights stay unless if I specifically asked for it to be. I Asked one time and all they did was come in and make the bed and give me new towels. Floors were not swept. Garbage was not removed and nothing was Wiped down the other problem I had was my bed had A horrible squeak to it

The hotel was located on a heavy construction area, so took us an additional 30 mins to get to it, and it was also very noisy. The place seemed to be brand new which is good, but they had no functional elevator, no snack machines, no nothing, a little lifeless in other words. Also, we asked like 3-4 times for an iron for our clothing, and we never were able to get one from front desk, they kept “forgetting”

I will say that the rooms are decent, however the area this is in is under construction, there’s not much close by and to top it off the people they have working in the front are RUDE ! They kept giving us issues including that we could only have one key , although there was 4 adults in the room “because we have a dog” i don’t know how that makes sense. We also asked them for towels because our room only had like 2 large towels and 2 small ones , they said no because they had already given us some in the morning although we took them to the front to be swapped. Over all it was unpleasant to be treated the way my fiancé and I were treated here. The lady was rude she kept looking at us from head to toe with a disgusted face as if she’s never seen a woman or man of color. Over all will never be stepping foot in this hotel again!

It was nice the front man on the desk was rude but I guess that was his personality, my key didn’t work my second date and I went to the front and spoke to him he made a face like he was annoyed and he say give me the key! And he throw it on top of the scanner and throw it and he gave it back and said here im a happy person so I just said thank you and walked away. The elevators did not work we stay three days but is only a three floor hotel so it was not bad and theres no pool.

The property is new and the franchise owner ensured that we had a great stay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Good restaurant and bakery nearby. Freeway construction made access a little more difficult, but that is much of San Antonio. Definitely a good value.

We booked a special room with snacks but we never got one. The staff was kind of rude when we checked in around mid night. He will not give us two keys and asked two of us stand in thr front of him to check our id after a long day ( we got to the hotel around mid night). The hotel room is very nice and almost brand new.

I think they had just built this hotel it’s honestly pretty nice on the inside rooms and bathroom were fancy I’m guessing they don’t have a lot of house keepers because we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper the only negative thing I would say is when my husband asked for more toilet paper I’m guessing the front man had to say well how many people are with you , like okay & the elevator were not working & we got sent up to the 3rd floor not fun when your a family of 3 little boys 😑

I have absolutely no complaints. I accidently reserved just 1 night instead of 2 and it was taken care of right away. I like that there are lots of usb outlets everywhere in the rooms. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Will be going back.

Check In was Adequate. Room was Disgusting! Room had a terrible fowl odor! DRY URINE and HAIRS on toilet seat! Pillow cases had brown stains on them! I sat on the chair provided to contemplate what to do. Ended up leaving room, didn’t even let them know what was going on. Go elsewhere! You’ll thank me later.
