Cute house
We really enjoyed our stay , everything you could need and much more . Very clean and comfortable bed . The shower was also a plus 😀 unable to fully see tv due to internet, however understandable considering location. Definitely will be coming back !! And will refer friends and family .

Peaceful and Cozy
We enjoyed our stay. After two days of Quilt Shop Hopping around San Antonio and Austin regions, it was nice to come back home to this cottage. The bed was comfortable, it was peaceful and relaxing to sit on the front porch as we wound down from the day. It’s also well equipped with coffee and hot chocolate supplies. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

A wonderful getaway
We came to Boerne for a wedding reception not too far from this precious house…. This little house was PERFECT for us. It was clean and quiet… Will definitely recommend to friends and come back to stay!

Beautiful Easter weekend getaway
This location is perfect. It super close to Sisterdale and a small drive to Boerne, yet not too too far from Fredericksburg, Comfort, and San Antonio. The cottage was super clean, fully equipped with the necessities (microwave, coffee maker, tv, and internet) the bed is a full size bed, however is very comfortable . Check in and out is super easy and the host is very attentive. I’d give this ten stars if I could!

Great location
Perfect location! The scenic view is excellent. Great cabin for couples. Cabin was clean, stocked with the essentials. Owner turned the heater on for us so we walked in it was warm and cozy. 15 min to Boerne Tx and 30 min to Fredericksburg. Would definitely recommend to couples.

Nice Experience
Nestled in between Fredericksburg and Bowrne, the location allowed us to travel to various towns to experience the most in the shortest amount of time. The place was very nice and comfortable. The bed was apparently a full size, so expect it to be tight if you are use to a queen or king. Highly Recommend

Our host was fantastic. We found the cabin quickly following her directions. When we walked In we both smiled. Clean nicely decorated with snacks an the AC on. My final comment, we'll be back in the fall. If you're looking for a quite place out in the country and not far from larger communities this is the place to go. We will remember this great experience forever

My husband and I stayed the weekend here while he did Spartan races. It is very clean with nice touches. Even some extras. The bed was amazing!!! Seeing the wildlife was super cool!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable and was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room is a separate building on a large lot making it very quiet and excellent for sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was nicely decorated and the heater/ac unit worked great. The coffee and snacks were also a nice surprise. My only suggestions are that the bed be upgraded to a bigger size (currently a full), a door be put on the bathroom (currently a curtain), and a tv be put on the wall above the dresser (currently none). It looked like this was a fairly new building, the cleanliness was top notch, and the owner left great recommendations for places nearby. This little room was nice and quiet. I would recommend this place.
