I was supposed to get a higher floor with 2 beds, at arrival there was no available room with such configuration, then we got a floor 1 two bed room / which was cheaper on my agent and still I was charged for the regular rate plus taxes vs the price on Expedia. They did recognize small part for all the stay. Very bad

Property was very clean and quiet. Easy check in and out. Upon check-in I was the only person in lobby and the lady did not even notice me because she was looking down at her phone. The rooms and staff were very nice. The complementary cucumber and lemon water was very good as was the coffee in the morning. We stayed for the night with our future sailor. God bless our men and women of the armed forces.

This is our third stay, and unfortunately the room was dirty. One pillow was completely torn and had two safety pins to hold it together. The restroom had one used toilet paper. Horrible.
