We never checked in as the place was in horrible state and we were unable to speak to anyone from the front desk ... there was no one and door was locked

Poor maintenance
Poor maintenance. No extra amenities. Linen was worn-out. I found hairs on the bed when i checked all the sheets. Floor felt dirty. Wifi was no good. And to top it off, they charge an refundable extra fee when i went to do the check in, just in case the guest messes up something in the room, but the room couldn't be more messed up itself when i went inside of it.

Cockroach Instested
Someone’s hair was on the bed and when I woke up in the AM there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Further, there were baby roaches crawling on the floor and walls, dead roaches squished on the wall and when I used the sink, it backed up with a dead roach body and a cigarette butt. I checked out early because I couldn’t get comfortable - I stayed the night at the airport.

I didn't compete my check in. They stated they didn't have the room i had booked through Expedia so they were gonna charge me 10 dollars extra and 60 dollar deposit when i got the message from the property stating it was a 50 dollar deposit. When i refused to pat the extra the guy at the counter said or i could pay 70 or 80 dollar deposit. They encourage you to pay it cash so you could get it back when leaving but i don't know if they even want to give it back full at check out. I asked them for a refund since they're not the part of the agreement in the application. He denied and said they don't even know how third party booking apps book. They only do it there and in person. I called expedia but it was a lost cause since they usually hard to reached out to. I prefer to lose the 34 dollars than lose possibly a deposit in the morning. So I left. Stay away or be aware.

Staff acts like towels are a currency, paper thin and was only given two for two people, wouldn’t give more until the others were given back. When the others were brought back they said that it was locked up and had no access to them. I’ve slept on the ground in the military that was more comfortable than their mattresses.

Horrific. I got in late because of plane and remtal car issues. All I wanted to do at 230am was sleep before a morning commitment. The room had roaches crawling all over the place. I walked out immediately. The manager tried to upsell me to another room instead of immediately refunding me. I found another place and always settled in an hour later.

Overall wasn’t too bad, but less than what i expected being its a “Ramada”. Property is somewhat fenced and when I arrived to check-in, there was two police and a fire truck on the grounds, and an obvious disturbance. Bed was quite comfortable but the room overall (bathroom had insects, shower needs work, cannot take a bath and very few towels) was somewhat uncomfortable. For the price and it being last minute, it’s ok, and the proximity to highways in itself would make travel easier
