The location is convenient for Sea World. The hotel could have been cleaner & kept better. Other reviews mentioned car break in, thank God i did not have an issue! Before you travel totally clean the inside of it & leave nothing in it! I absolutely hated the fact that house keeping only came every other day and we weren't notified at check-in!

I like the location of the hotel, because it was close to proximity to our activities in San Antonio. However, we had to continuously ask for towels (we stayed for 3 days and I know they come tidy up every other day) because housekeeping didn’t leave any towels when the came to attend to the room. Also, the breakfast was subpar at best and was very confusing. It was in separate sides of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

The room smell cigarette smoke, which was covered up with potpourri spray on the beddings. The bathroom was dirty with pubic hairs and shower floor needs scrubbing. Rust on the metal frame in the bathroom & hole on the wall.

The pool was dirty and cold. The blinds in our room were broken and off the rails, we had to put them back in the guides. The paint was peeling off all round the room. The bathroom door didn’t close or lock In our room.
