Wonderful penthouse located on the fifth floor in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto with sea view. Very close to the train station to the bus service. Restaurants, bars and hospital nearby. Four hundred meters from the sea. Composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a large and comfortable walk-in shower, a bright living room, with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and sofa beds. Two terraces facing south and west complete the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with a photovoltaic system with autonomous production of electricity and is excellently insulated from a thermal and acoustic point of view. It is made in energy class A3, therefore it generates great living comfort. It is therefore an "ecological" house, designed for "responsible" use also from an energy point of view. Kuschliges Nest für Zwei
Zweckmäßig und modern, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet *** eine bessere Lage kann man sich kaum vorstellen ... um zwei Ecken gelaufen ist man mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit einer Menge Geschäfte, Bars, Kneipen, Eisdielen und Restaurants ... die Strandpromenade mit bewirtschafteten und auch freien Stränden erreicht man fußläufig in gut 10 Minuten *** im gleichen Haus ist ein Supermarkt unten drin, der alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt und ein paar Meter weiter haben wir jede Früh auf dem Weg zum Strand in einer schönen Bar gefrühstückt (Cafè und eines dieser leckeren, süßen Teilchen) *** die Vermieter sind wunderbar, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert *** sehr empfehlenswert :-))
