Garage is not available for use at the moment.

While we hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful home, we have some basic rules.


1. STRICT QUIET TIME FROM 10pm - 10:00am
( Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Rialto, CA) Specially the pool area.

2. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

3. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

4. NO VISITORS. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night. ($100dlls) Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

5. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

6. NO PETS - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $150 charged for deep cleaning.

7. Consider this is a 2 story house, be careful with kids and disabled people. There's only one bedroom downstairs

8. Lastly, if you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly.

We will be accessible until midnight for our guests via the VRBO app, text, or call.

-SAFETY DEVICES:
For the safety of our guests, we have 3 external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. One is by the front door, one by the garage, another in the side gate door. These cameras are sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion.
