We weren’t very happy about how our 4-day stay at the property turned out. It looks like the place is not totally ready/equipped to ensure the overall safety & convenience of guests, it takes a long time for the host to respond to inquiries, & additional fees were inadvertently charged for ‘alleged damages’ solely based on cleaner’s report despite clarifications provided to dispute them. It is suggested that future guests pay detailed attention & document the state of the place (beddings, amenities) that may be used later as reason to charge additional fees. A lesson we learned is to remain at the property until the cleaner arrives (if possible) in order to check/dispute any alleged damages before leaving the place.
