I Do not recommend this hotel
My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel

Buena ubicación. Estuvimos en un primer piso y lamentablemente se sentían los ruidos de pasos de las personas que estaban arriba en el piso superior temprano en la mañana. Por otra parte el checkout a las 10:00am es demasiado temprano.

Ótima localização.
Estivemos em família em agosto de 2018. A localização é muito boa pra quem está de carro. Fica a 5 km da cidade. Muito próximo a restaurantes (5 a 10 mins de carro) e fácil para ir aos cerros. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar bem como a bicama da sala estava soltando uma parte e os utensílios de cozinha são insuficientes. A arrumadeira não lava a louça. No geral é bem bom.

Muy buena opción en Bariloche
Muy lindo, amplio y cómodo el apartamento de dos habitaciones. Muy amable el personal. Buena ubicación del hotel. Solo dos detallles negativos: 1. Encendieron el sistema de calefacción hasta que llegamos por lo que el apartamento estaba helado! Recomiendo solicitar que lo enciendan con anticipación. 2. No hay suficiente presión de agua en los wc.

Muito bonito, mas tem que melhorar o aquececimento
Ficamos no apartamento com dois quartos, apartamento enorme, tudo novo e bem decorado, muitas janelas de vidro que nos proporcionaram vistas lindas da neve caindo. O apartamento é muito maior e melhor do que se mostra nas fotos, fiquei bem surpresa com isso. Perfeito para família, minha filha brincou muito ao redor do hotel, muita neve e ate ski bunda deu para fazer, assim como inúmeros bonecos de neve! Mas os pontos negativos e que na minha opinião conta muito, espero que eles vejam como uma critica construtiva e arrumem isso são.... o aquecedor dos banheiros, posso dizer que é péssimo, totalmente descontrolado, oscila de segundo a segundo, hora ferve, hora congela, impossível de deixar minha filha de 6 tomar um banho sozinha. Nos queimamos varias vezes e outras congelamos, não tivemos banhos agradáveis, e para quem chega cansado depois de passar o dia na montanha querendo um bom banho, impossível. Outro ponto negativo foi que ficamos na "torre" nos fundos, vista maravilhosa, acredito que a melhor, porem chegamos a noite e estava chovendo, tinha neve descongelada o q causa uma lamaceira, para chegar no quarto tem uma subida e é de grama, estávamos com malas grandes, criança e etc, ninguém nos ajuda com as malas, apenas nos acompanham para mostrar onde é o quarto e só...fizemos tudo sozinhos, isso foi horrível, tivemos nossos calçados encharcados após subir mala por mala em varias subidas e descidas, nunca fiquei em hotel que tive que levar minhas malas para o quarto.

A estadia foi como contratado, quarto amplo, confortável e boa localização! Cozinha com itens básicos e úteis. As duas únicas coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas são os chuveiros que são muito ruins para banho e a internet wifi que tem sinal cheio mas simplesmente não funciona! O valor cobrado por quarto é alto, o que poderia incluir café da manhã!

O lugar é bem lindo, limpo e bem Organizado. Tudo novo. Localização boa e café da manhã delicia. O único porém é que para meus filhos dormirem era um sofá cama que não é lah muito confortável.

Hotel bem localizado, equipe ótima são muitos prestativos e atenciosos. Olga no restaurante, Sebastian na recepção e Javier que organiza os passeios. Único senão é o barulho que vem dos outros quartos principalmente de cima do andar das pessoas e do arrastar de mesa e cadeira.
