This newly renovated and furnished 3-level, 1,600-square-foot condo has all the charm you could want while vacationing in the seaside community of San Clemente. It is also just .3 miles to Calafia State Beach and San Clemente State Park. This home is also only 2 miles from Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente with its wide array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shopping for you to enjoy as you breathe in the seaside air and ambience. For an experience that is both cultural and botanical, a short two-and-a-half-mile drive takes you to Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens. Or if you are feeling lucky, Casino San Clemente is less than four miles from this home. And if the kids have come along for the ride, be sure to make the 38-mile journey to Disneyland.

This is a 3-level home with stairs and there are 75 stair steps to the beach from this home, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
