On the first floor, the spacious and well-designed great room features several comfortable seating vignettes to enjoy the expansive ocean views. This area has a piano, a pool table, an ocean view dining area for 8 and two fireplaces to create an elegant and warm atmosphere. The 75-inch TV can be seen throughout this open space and provide entertainment or music for all.

A unique outdoor atrium with cantina doors and fireplace opens to the dining room and great room and creates an area away from the bustle but still a part of the party.

The beautiful “view” kitchen flows into all of these rooms and features a large central island that seats 8 comfortably and is perfect for casual dining, games, buffet, or wine tastings. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and more to cook an amazing meal.

The first floor has two king bedrooms with bathrooms, 75-inch TVs, and outdoor patio access. The second floor has a chic ocean view family room with a cluster of comfortable seating, a 75-inch TV, a fireplace and outdoor patio – a great place to do different activities and not be in each other’s way.

There are two large ensuite bedrooms with city sunrise views and a Jack and Jill balcony. The ocean view-primary suite features a fireplace, a large sectional couch, a coffee table and a 75-inch TV with a 500-square-foot deck for privacy and people watching. An ocean view ensuite bath with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower completes this luxury suite. Bed and bathrooms are amply furnished with luxury linens for your every comfort.

There are 4 indoor fireplaces, one outdoor fireplace, two outdoor firepits, and 5 flat-screen TVs. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer on both levels and 6-8 parking spaces in the garage.

Additional pool heating fees may apply, please contact our reservations department for details. Once purchased, Pool Heat is available 8a-10p. Pool is heated to 82 degrees max. 10p-8a Pool Heat remains off to give time for the pool and spa to sanitize overnight. A fee of USD 150 per day plus taxes will be charged prior to heating.

Parking notes: This home has space for 4-6 vehicles in the garage. EV charging station in the garage, guests only need their own power cord.
