The rooms are very outdated and smells musty. The carpet is old, as is the bathroom. There was a microwave that didn’t work on the counter that was 15 years old at least. The city view was the parking lot and the pillows were the size of couch decor pillows, flat and worn. Worst Expedia hotel I have ever been in the said 8.8 or higher

What a nice surprise!
I absolutely would recommend this hotel! Exceptionally clean! I seen a woman cleaning everything all day long! The view is phenomenal! Pool area and hot tub super clean. Nice surprise sitting on patio you can listen to live music from another hotel. This hotel is my new go to when flying in to San Diego! Beautiful parkway across the street to walk too!

Service and staff were very friendly. Location is great. Hotel is very nice but a little dated. Could use new carpet in the corridors and rooms. All in all, a very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice affordable yet with greats amenities and service. We used the pool enjoyed happy hour and had breakfast there. Quiet seclude place and close to everything.

All of the staff was very nice not only to the guest but to each other, obviously great leadership. The manager was over accommodating to us and was everywhere helping out her staff . We love our stay and will be back.

The front desk staff seemed very inhospitable and no level of friendly. The security officer ( ancient ) was downright rude when I pulled up into the roundabout area to check in and rolled down my window to ask him a question..... he immediately gestured for me to stop talking very rudely. He never even heard my question because I never got to ask it. So I just loudly stated so sorry for trying to ask you a question. My bad ! But overall, the facility was pretty clean and in a nice area. The amenities were not brand new, but they seem to be in good shape. Also, I'm a VIP member and usually I get an upgrade when I check in but the front desk guy literally could not be bothered for anything so I didn't even ask usually it's offered
