Carte Hotel almost 5 stars.
Great hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. The only reason for the 4 stars was that the AC wasn’t the best. Thermostat read 68 degrees but the room was hot. It was kinda uncomfortably hot.

The shlwers were beautiful and the sraff was very accommodating. Thanks you for opening iur bottle of wine at 1 am and serving us a drink at 11. Keep it up everybody. Youre all great and need a raise for the level of hospitality you gave. My only regret is not leaving a tip for the cleaning staff because i didn't carry cash at the moment. 5 stars.

Don’t advertise you’re pet friendly then charge people $125 a night for having a service dog. Especially when you know your guests reservation is non refundable, this is a scam and should be considered fraud

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Carte hotel. This was our third time staying here. We love the style of the hotel, the pool and the location. The staff member who checked us in upgraded us to a corner room which we appreciated and loved. Once in our room, on the 12th floor, I went to look for ice. I walked the entire level without seeing the machine. What I did see however was a giant gap in the wall next to the elevators. I mentioned this to the employee who texted me about our stay who was not aware of the missing machine. Her response was to go to any of the other levels to use their machines. I thought that was disappointing. I was also not pleased with the tone of one of the valets. He had an attitude and spoke in a demeaning manner. One of the front desk employees was also rude when we asked to get something from our bag in storage, but forgot the slip. This was annoying when the other employee was so kind and had no problem with us going to grab what we needed. We enjoyed our evening at the rooftop restaurant where we had coffee and dessert. Our waitress was so kind and we enjoyed her personality. The pool was enjoyable to read and relax, but the constant weight lifters dropping the heavy weight at the connecting gym was a little annoying. Overall we enjoy the hotel and may return in the future with friendlier interactions with some of the staff.

The hotel is very accommodating and staff is friendly. There is a lot of activities to do on the daily and we love it, it is the second time we stay with our kids. The only down fall this stay was that we were at the bottom floor and the room above us was very active and it was hard to sleep in. The pillows are not very comfy and we needed a couple extra to make our bed a bit more comfortable. But regardless we love the amenities the hotel has to offer and the lake that it’s to die for with the view so we will continue to go.

Great hotel, only complaint is that the newly erected building next door blocks the sun from the pool, but that's obviously not their fault. I'll still be returning for sure.
