En los 5 días que pagamos solo 1 día fueron a limpiar la habitación, se pidió cada día y no fuimos atendidos, muy mala actitud del personal. Elevadores en reparación ocasionaba caos de huéspedes. Los cajones de estacionamiento están super justos y el estacionamiento lleno y con espacios usados para reparaciones. Muchísima basura en contenedores. El personal de recepcion mal arreglados

Horrible service
I was there for 8 days and only had my room cleaned one time. That was only after I begged to have it cleaned. I emptied my own trash. Had no regular coffee for the room. I have never had this kind of service. I have always enjoyed staying here. I highly doubt I will again.

Hotel was a great deal and in a great location. I arrived at 3 to see if a room was available. The front hostess told me they did have a room but it was near the back of the building and next to the train tracks she offered that room an also gave me the option to wait for a room in a better location. I offered to wait and she let me know she would call or text me in an hour. My wife and I waited for two hours and never heard from anyone. When we checked in the room we got was at the end of the building near the train tracks. So I waited for two hours to get the same room. Also the elevators were hit or miss sometimes they worked and other times they didn’t. My wife and I were in the sixth floor and our elevator got stuck in the 4th floor so we had to wait for the second elevator to come by. An on the last day we couldn’t get an elevator to come back to us in the garage to check out so we had to walk through the parking garage to get out.

Awful stay
It was the worst experience ever!!! A not so cheap hotel without cleaning service at all on ridiculous reasons as “comfort”. They never made the beds, they never changed towels or take out the trash. Also an old-awful elevator in process of modernization felt so insecure, and slow. The included breakfast also quite bad and with poor organization made the experience unpleasant. I woul never get back to this place and I expect a refund on the services not provided: when I stay in a hotel I expect a minimum service such as beds made, fresh towels, a decent breakfast, a secure elevator, etc. All the experience was disappointing.

I feel like the place is due for some upgrades. The elevators were intermittent. There was advance notice about the elevators. So it was expected. The room was clean but had a faint smell of mildew. I could feel the springs in the bed. Potential to be a really nice place with a bit of work. Staff were friendly and full of smiles!!! My few interactions with staff left me smiling.
