Check in was easy. Breakfast options were good. Adequate parking. There was a blood stain on one of pillows,gross. The room is in desperate need of a remodel. I expected a lot better for the price. You might want to check out other hotels in the area.

The 3 star review was due to several issues. My first room TV didn't work so I had to change rooms because it couldn't be fixed. Second room one bedside lamp was falling apart and didn't work even after I tried different bulbs, showerhead fell apart when I tried to adjust water stream, sheer at the window had a 2 foot tear, there was rust around the bathroom door. Things need to be spruced up! Lobby, convenience store were nice. Check in was quick efficient.

Unpleasant Experience
I was not informed of a parking fee until check in ! After explaining to front desk that I possess a handicap license plate, fee was reduced to $10. However, my credit car was charged $35; I had to called Hampton location and the representative did some quick research and corrected the issue immediately. I informed front desk upon check out that refrigerator did not cool ! She seemingly was not interested and only commented that she would leave a note. The king sized bed was very uncomfortable compared to various other Hampton Inn locations that I have recently stayed. in addition, we paid for breakfast in our stay and most breakfast items was out when we arrived at 8 am and attendant was very stressed and rude when asked questions concerning breakfast. This location was overall not a good experience.

The hotel was in very clean condition and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative items that we came across were the seats in the dining area were worn and torn, however the dining area was kept very clean and organized. It was very roomy with many tables. In our room the bath tub was very old and scratched up and the wall paper next to the shower was peeling off, however the shower had great water pressure which was a big plus. Needless to say the bathroom could use a refurbishing. These were minor observations and did not really negatively affect our stay. We will stay here again in the future.
