Guest Service Associate known by his first name-Martin was super nice and helpful. The most patient and understanding person I’ve have ever at a hotel. It was decent place to stay when traveling to SD. Had issues several times with their door locks. Each time the handy man said he ‘fixed’ the issue with their new locks, it failed again. Eventually someone was able to make it work. But three trips down to the front desk for a known issue is ridiculous. I even said it was really odd for both let’s to fail when they were kept separately (so didn’t demagnetize) and they still let me run up and down to get someone to come let me in my room.
